Child is fully potty-trained, able to dress with assistance, can communicate some needs verbally. Duties include direct care, snack preparation, clean-up, help brushing teeth and hand hygiene. Most care would be provided in my home with another adult present. You will be expected to drive Lucien to occasional activities near Ann Arbor.
Required: Experience and enthusiasm working w/ autistic children w/ high support needs and intellectual disability. 2 references.

Ideal candidate available 10-15 hrs/week during times of greatest need, 2-5 hour block preferred:
Weekdays: 6-8:30a, 4-7p
Weekends: 6a-7p

If you can commit to at least 3 days/week for 6 months, rate is $25/hour to start, with a raise to $27/hour after one month, and $29/hour after three months.
