My husband and I are physicians in the local community. We have a 2.5 year old daughter and 3 month old son.

I'm on maternity leave until Feb 23rd. I'd like a nanny to start now while I'm home so that we can work together and slowly get oriented. I want to help make everyone feel comfortable as much as I can.

We need 40h/week. Guaranteed hours. Due to our jobs we need someone extremely reliable with reliable transportation.

We're very relaxed, easy going people. We are a Christian household and try to treat others the way we would like to be treated. I'd like a nanny that can feel like family over time, hopefully up to 3-5 years when the baby goes to school.

Although it's 2 kids , you'd only be alone with the kids consistently 1 day per week. There would almost always be another adult helping.

Schedule:
Mondays and Fridays are flexible. One parent will be home. Suggested hours 10am-3pm.

Tuesday: Mom works from home. Grandma will available to help. Need 730 or 8am to 5 or 530pm

Wednesday and Thursday: 730-530. Both parents work outside the home. Grandma will be able to help one of those days.

Our toddler is funny and silly and loves to laugh. She's smart and likes to learn and asks questions. Her language is advanced and she knows colors letters and ABC's. I want someone passionate about fueling her love for learning. Shes usually very well behaved. Our baby is extremely sweet and easy going. He sleeps a lot and rarely cries.

I'd want someone who is eventually comfortable taking the kids to the library and other fun places periodically. Eventually we might need help with school drop offs or pick ups. We want someone that is flexible with needs over time as they start school.

We buy activities each week for the kids to keep them busy (stickers. New Play-Doh. Stamps). But we'd also like someone with experience who can structure their days with education and interactive play from prior experience.
