Looking for a short term Nanny in downtown Minneapolis

We are a couple from Texas and we are traveling to Minneapolis end of this month to adopt a baby. We will be in Minneapolis for 2-3 weeks.
We need nanny to create schedule for a newborn as well as train us. We would like nanny to bath baby, swaddle, diaper change and prepare baby formula.
