We are seeking a part-time nanny for our 6-month-old daughter. We value someone enthusiastic and knowledgeable about early childhood development, who can engage in developmentally appropriate, Montessori-inspired play, encourage outdoor time, and foster a creative, screen-free environment. A love for infants, understanding of milestone support, and a playful, gentle approach are important. Familiarity with starting solids and baby-led weaning is a plus. We prefer limited use of battery-operated toys and encourage open-ended exploration. Flexible daytime schedule. Must be comfortable with small dogs.
