Presented by Family Concierge: Lovely Ithaca family looking for an energetic part-time nanny for their sweet baby (4m old at start date). Both are dedicated working parents, and mom is returning back to work in August and works from home. They would be looking to start part time with a caregiver when mom returns to work in August and would need care Tues/Thurs 9-4pm tentatively. This may change once family figures out routines, caregiver flexibility is appreciated!

Duties include normal infant care (changes, naps, feeding, etc.), light housekeeping for baby (laundry, baby items), working with baby on elimination communication, and most importantly creating fun, engaging activities that aid baby’s enrichment and development! This includes playtime and reading. Their son is a very happy baby, very smiley and vocal, loves music and children’s songs!

The ideal candidate is fun, engaging, passionate about child care and nurturing baby’s growth and is comfortable with dogs (family has one)! First Aid/ CPR is a plus, as well as Spanish fluency but not required. Must be familiar with or open to learning elimination communication! This family loves the outdoors, hiking with their dog, traveling, and would love to raise their son as bilingual like them.

The family is offering $20-26/hr with dedicated parking, drink/snacks provided and looking to start August 5th. Apply now if interested!
