Responsibilities:
1. Household Support
Organize/maintain home systems (pantry, fridge, closets, play). Prep healthy lunches & some dinners. Manage laundry, dishes, & daily tidying.

2. Childcare
Drive for school pickup (30 min each way). Plan outdoor activities in all weather. Creative play, foster a love of both reading & nature. Support social-emotional growth with positive parenting. Provide all-day coverage during school break.

Qualifications:
5+ years experience with positive emotional support & child development (ages 3-7). Reliable car.

Ideal Candidate:
A proactive self-starter who likes to organize & keep busy, emotionally intelligent, & nature-oriented. Near perfect attendance.
