We are looking for a warm, reliable, and highly engaging nanny for our toddler, Noah. This is not a “just keep him safe” babysitting role — we want someone who understands child development and can help him grow, learn, and thrive through intentional, age-appropriate activities every day. Plan and lead developmentally appropriate play (sensory activities, art, outdoor exploration, reading, music, stacking/building, pretend play, etc.)
