Position Overview:
Location: Bryn Mawr, PA, 19010
Target Start: Flexible start date between May and the end of July
Schedule Option 1: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-6:00pm (55 hours)
Schedule Option 2 (varied hours): Monday-Friday starting between 6:30am or 7:00am and ending by 6:00pm. (50-55 hours). Family will communicate the schedule on Saturday for the upcoming week. Family is OK if the earliest you can start is 7:00am.
Ages: 6 year old (in school), 4 year old (in school), 2 year old

Parking: free street parking in front of the house

About the Family: This active family prioritizes outdoor play and exploration. They have a great backyard with a swing set and garden sink for endless imaginative fun. Trips to the park are a favorite outing. The family loves to keep the day structured and plan activities in advance to balance their scheduled sports and school commitments.

Responsibilities:
Full child care, child meals, child laundry, tidying up children's spaces, run/empty dishwasher, help take out the trash (as-needed), help with errands.
Driving is needed in family family-provided car.

Compensation:
Pay: $1250-$1500/week (for up to 50 hours). Pay increases if working more than 50 hours.
Paid Vacation: 3 weeks paid vacation (2 weeks coordinated with F, 1 week employees' choice)
Paid sick/personal: 3 personal/sick days
Paid Holidays: 6 paid holidays

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of full-time nanny experience
Previous experience caring for 3 siblings (toddler to school-aged)
CPR and First Aid Certified
Flu shot (during flu season), Tdap, and COVID vaccine required (booster preferred)
