We’re seeking a caring, reliable, and proactive full-time nanny to care for our infant son in our Exton home starting Oct 8, 2025. He’ll be 4.5 months old at the start. This is a Monday–Friday role, 40–45 hours/week, with some flexibility. Responsibilities include feeding, changing, age-appropriate play and learning, and light baby-related chores. Occasional care for our toddler (in daycare) may be needed. Must have 2+ years of infant experience, CPR/First Aid certification, strong references, and reliable transportation. Care is strictly in-home—dad works from home full time, and mom works remotely a few days a week. We value clear communication and attentive, developmentally aware care.
