About the Family: This welcoming family is seeking a reliable nanny/household manager who enjoys being an active, supportive part of a their home. Flexibility is important, as there may be opportunities to pick up additional hours when school is closed or schedules shift. They value clear communication, consistency, and someone they can truly count on.

Their Montessori-style children are easygoing, independent, and thrive with gentle structure and hands-on engagement. The family limits screen time and encourages active, imaginative play—both indoors and out. With an indoor play gym and a backyard made for movement, the kids love soccer, basketball, bike riding, and staying busy. Creative outlets are just as important, with time set aside for crafts, Play-Doh, and piano lessons.

This is a great fit for a proactive nanny/household manager who enjoys balancing organization with fun and supporting confident, curious kids in a thoughtfully run home.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare
- Drive children to/from school and activities
- Family laundry
- Dinner prep
- Cook family meals (bonus!)
- Light housekeeping
- Grocery shopping & errands
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Organize closest and drawers

Compensation:
- Pay: $1050-$1200/week
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks
- Paid sick/personal: 3 days
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience
- Household management experience
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Personal vehicle and clean driving record
- Vaccinations Required: Flu and Dtap
