We are a warm, organized family with two children and two friendly dogs. Our older child will be 2.5-3 years old and attends daycare 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. The focus of this role will be caring for our newborn, beginning when the baby is around 4-6 months old. Both parents work from home in dedicated office spaces. While we are available in case of emergencies, we value and support our nanny's autonomy during the workday and aim to create clear, respectful boundaries so the nanny can fully own the caregiving role. In addition to providing age-appropriate care, some assistance with evening meal prep and light tidying are be included included as part of responsibilities.
