I'm looking to establish a relationship with a nanny for my 2-year-old daughter. For the short-term, I'd need someone with weekday morning availability between 9am and 12pm.

At some point in the not-so-distant future, I'll need full-day care for her in my home for at least 7-10 days, if not slightly longer. It depends on my 6-year-old son's health.

She's high-energy and, like most two-year-olds, is a sponge for knowledge. I need someone who can match her energy, keep her safe, and provide emotional support as our family navigates a complex health issue with her older brother. She adores him and, in the event that he has to be away for a while for medical treatment, it'll be hard on her.
