Hello! We are looking for a warm, patient, and reliable nanny to join our family. Ideal candidates are engaging, safety-minded, and enjoy creating sensory-rich, developmentally supportive activities. Someone who can help establish healthy routines and thrives in a calm, structured environment. Our little one is incredibly sweet and curious. She is still learning how to sleep independently, so we rely on contact naps for now. We're working on improving, and we'd love a nanny who is comfortable with contact napping and patient with a baby who needs a little extra support to settle. Experience with gentle sleep train is a huge plus.
