We’re a warm, intentional family seeking a consistent, emotionally attuned sitter to support our 4.5-year-old son in a calm, play-based homeschool environment. We’re welcoming a new baby later this year and want to maintain predictability & emotional safety for our older child. Our approach is relational and play-based: we aim for his emotional safety first so participation is chosen, not coerced.
Support includes reading, play, art, building, outdoor time, and helping hold gentle daily rhythms without pressure.
We’re looking for someone patient, playful, emotionally steady, and interested in consistency.
Schedule: 2–3 shifts/week (~3 hrs), with potential for more postpartum. Start ASAP.
