The ideal candidate for this position is super flexible, proactive, caring, and excellent at organization. A nanny who is comfortable with infants, well-versed in the developmental stages of childhood, gets down on the ground to play, uses gentle parenting, and truly has a passion for children is the ideal match. This perfect nanny will be a great communicator and will work as a team with the parents.
