We are a young, fun family looking for an upbeat, hands-on nanny for our newly turned 1-year-old in Burke, VA (M–F, 9:30a–4p). You must be authorized to work in the U.S. as we use a payroll service. We’re seeking someone reliable, active, and excited to engage—playing outside, doing crafts, exploring activities, and enjoying toddler life (no phone scrolling!). Our daughter naps 11–1 each day so we'd appreciate help prepping her lunch and snacks during that time. No driving with her is required, but a car is needed to get to our home. Pet-friendly is important (dog + cat). School breaks also include care for our 3.5- and 5-year-olds; the hourly rate on those days is higher!
