Reoccurring Fridays (school drop-off/pick-up, light cleaning, homework help, sports transport), monthly date nights, and 4–8 annual overnights. Kids (5–10) attend Christian school, love outdoor play, music, crafts, and sports. Family is creative, screen-light, and values healthy snacks, routines, and kindness. Must be flexible, communicative, and pet-friendly. Vehicle provided to haul kiddos. Need own reliable transportation to/from job. Pay based on experience + overnight bonus. Parents work from home on a lively property with a senior dog, chickens, and lots of room for adventure. Summer includes beach house stays. Respect, positivity, and structure are core values.
