Active Babysitter Needed for 3 Children with Flexible Schedule

- $10.00 - $30.00 per hour
Hey all. Family of 5; working parents with ~8 year old twin boys and a ~4 yo daughter. No pets
We are looking for a live in nanny/house manager. Schedule is typically split schedule, with mid day free. Approx 40 hours per week. Usually two weekends a month.
We are looking for a long term person, to provide reliable care. someone who can multitask, manage 3 kids, is mature, flexible, can prep basic child meals, clean, and is organized. Someone we can have consistently for a few years.
We have used aupairs for childcare since 2018 but looking for more stable
Maybe a college kid who needs room and board?
Retired experienced mom ? Maybe an empty nester looking for something to do ?
