Seeking Responsible Babysitter for Infant, Flexible Night Hours

My wife and I have a newborn baby girl and we're looking for help during the early AM hours, between midnight and 5am, although the exact hours are somewhat flexible.
The responsibilities include bottle feeding, changing diapers, and monitoring the baby while she sleeps. We're hoping to find someone to start in late December 2025 or early January 2026, but the start date is flexible.
Up-to-date vaccinations for Flu, Covid, and TDAP are required.
