We are looking for experienced childcare professionals for a flexible part-time job opportunity in Sarasota, FL from February through March. Staff can select which shifts they would like to work and each shift lasts about 4 hours. Team Members will serve in a lead role within a group childcare setting and will engage children with games, activities, and crafts, ensuring a safe and nurturing space.

Staff must meet the following criteria:

-At least 4 years of childcare experience
-At least 2 years of experience in staff management
-Group childcare experience preferred
-Availability for 4-5 daytime shifts per month (additional availability is welcome)
