Seeking Babysitter for Toddler Starting January 23rd, 2 days a week (10 -15) hours a week

Looking for a baby sitter for my 2 and a half year old Zara to cover my working time. my home is next to a park and offers large enough space for freedom to accommodate a baby sitter. A light picking up would also help and will be compensated for, I also prefer Spanish speaking but not a requirement.
Schedule:
Thursday: 8:30 - 3:30 (7 Hours)
Friday: 8:30 - 3:30 (7 Hours)
Maybe: same schedule on other days
Willing to pay up to $25 an hour.
