We are a family of 4 kids, but job is mainly for youngest. Currently we have a gap Tues/Fri, looking for support 11:30a-5:30p on either / both days. There is possibility to increase to 4 or 5 days/week over time. Sitter should be comfortable w/many moving parts & have prior experience w/multiple kids. 3 older kids present during 1/2 days. Parents work@home. We limit screen usage. In PM, 3 yr old needs engaging play, meal help. Older kids are in PM for 1-2 hrs. Some hrs. may be non-childcare: errands, household support, occasional driving. Looking for long-term potential. 1-2 trials to ensure right match. We work best w/ adaptable/flexible babysitter. No other kids, prefer nearby candidates
