Caring Babysitter Needed for 1.5 and 3 year old near Homeland (See listed dates)

Looking for as-needed help for our 2 kids - 19 month boy and 3 year old girl near Homeland. Need coverage for a few days kids are "off" at school, plus occasional date night. Looking for 1 person who can commit to all/most of these dates:
1) Tues Sept 23rd
2) Thu Oct 2nd
3) Sat Oct 18th - 2 pm until midnight
4) Mon Dec 1st
5) Possibly some days Dec 1 week (potty training help)
6) Likely AM school drop off Nov 11th - 15th; possibly PM help
7) Weekend date nights - every 1-2 months
Other requirements: Non-smoker, CPR cert, Ok w/ dog. Looking for someone kind & reliable; who has experience with multiples, who is patient & engaging. Willing to fold laundry while children sleep would be a plus.
