Mon–Fri: Preschool pickup 5:00–5:30 PM, care until 7:30–8:00 PM (10–15 hrs/wk). Rare extra weekend/evening hours (~1x/month, discussed in advance).
Start: Mid-March 2026 (flexible).
$20–$25/hr, W-2. Perks: 1 short-notice paid day off/month + paid holidays (schedule provided).
Duties: Pickup (short drive), park/playtime (~1 hr), simple dinner help, light cleanup, occasional bath/bedtime, creative play.
Must have: Reliable car/insurance/license, toddler experience, clean background (we run check), energetic & patient personality. CPR/references big plus.
