Experienced caregiver needed ASAP for our sweet 13-month-old, 4 days/week.
Responsibilities:

*Maintain one-nap schedule (naptime ~11:30am-12pm)
*Provide snack, put baby down in crib (may initially resist)
*Monitor nap and ensure routine consistency
*Light tidying during nap
*Daily communication with parents via text

You'll work alongside baby's grandmother as we transition to a new schedule. We need someone confident enforcing routines, patient with family dynamics, and experienced recognizing sleepy cues.
