Family of 3 plus one hairy four legged kid - please be comfortable with large dogs! :)

Be present! I need an extra set of hands for certain tasks- or potentially just to be nearby to respond to a baby monitor faster than I can from a different part of the house. Help with organizing would be a huge bonus for me!
