Looking for someone who is passionate about/genuinely loves and has experience with babies/toddlers! Would also like this person to be CPR certified and knowing basic/baby sign language would be an added plus as my child has a pretty robust non-verbal vocabulary. My kiddo is a sensitive and spirited child with lots of opinions and big energy, but is very shy and apprehensive at first with new people. I'm looking for someone on an as needed basis mostly to start, backup care, date nights, etc. but could also turn into a couple of set hours per week on T/Th if interested.
