We are looking for a flexible backup sitter for our 2-year-old daughter. We primarily need coverage when our regular help isn't available.

The Schedule:
• Date Nights/Day Trips: Random evenings or weekend days as needed.
• Early Morning Coverage: We occasionally need help from 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM when Dad is traveling for work. Mom leaves at 5 AM on these days. Our daughter typically sleeps until 8 AM–9 AM, so the mornings are very quiet.

Requirements:
• Comfortable with early start times (5 AM).
• Experience with toddlers.
• Reliable transportation.
