We’re looking for a caregiver who is into respecting and understanding our child and their feelings, who likes to play outdoors, read books, and has a car. We have found the best caregivers for our family tend to be folks who are inclusive, reject gender stereotypes, enjoy nature, and are just down to have fun! We are less concerned with how long someone has watched kids and more concerned with their level of social-emotional awareness in other humans. ❤️?️‍?✊?
