Consistent After-School "Anchor" Sitter - 12 Hours/Week

We’re a Paramedic & Professor family seeking a reliable "anchor" for our kids (8 & 3) to provide a predictable, calm, and dependable routine that they can look forward to.
Our 8-year-old is a Lego/science/soccer fan who needs a nudge with homework. Our 3-year-old is a ball of energy who loves arts and crafts and pretend play.
Schedule (Fixed):
Mon, Tue, Thu: 3:30–7:30 PM
Plus: 1-4 pre-scheduled weekends/semester (10am–5pm)
Daily Flow:
Kids arrive home in Plainview at 3:30. You take the lead: homework help for our 3rd grader, play with our 3-year-old, and final heat and serve dinner. Mom/Dad home by 7:30.
Requirements:
Reliable car/clean record
Punctual & "playful guide" vibe
