My wife and I are both attorneys. She is staying home right now with our 18 month old boy, and we want to start transitioning her back to work and otherwise just need some in home help. Our son is very tall and big for his age (99th percentile). He is very sweet and smart and has a ton of energy.

We want someone with toddler childcare experience, and potentially some educational or college background if possible.
In home child care for our son, light cleaning help (dishes, laundry, tidying) and maybe running errands as needed.
Specific days of the week would be flexible, but we are looking for a consistent schedule of 2-3 days each week (M-F), for between 4-6 hours per day. Someone who could do 6 hours every Wednesday and Thursday, for example, would be good.
