I am looking for an older, experienced nanny for my son. I am specifically seeking someone who is 50+, preferably retired, and genuinely enjoys caring for children long-term.

This position is mainly for weekend care. Any additional hours outside of weekends will always be communicated well in advance. I value clear communication and respect for scheduling.

My goal is to find someone warm, patient, and nurturing who my son can grow with over time. I am not looking for short-term or occasional sitting. I am looking for a dependable caregiver who truly enjoys children and wants to build a meaningful, lasting bond
