I’m a physician and my husband runs a business, so weekends can get full quickly. We have two young kids—Diya (5.5) and Shiv (4). They do best with someone who’s kind and nurturing but also knows how to set gentle, age-appropriate boundaries. We value consistency, creativity, and a shared sense of fun

We’re looking for someone energetic, creative, and reliable who enjoys engaging with kids. You’ll play, plan activities, go on outings, tidy up with them, do laundry, and prep meals if needed. Someone who’s kind but can take charge in a warm, age-appropriate way.

We need help 1–2 weekends a month, 6–7 hours on Sat and Sun. We’re flexible with timing and plan in advance, but may occasionally ask for evening help. We just need a break to reset and catch up on life—and want someone who’ll have fun with the kids!
