We’re looking for someone to help on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:30am–3:30pm or 10am to 3pm. Our baby is currently 4.5 months old and going through a stranger anxiety phase, so she may need some time and patience to get comfortable with a new caregiver. I work from home and will be around during the day, especially while she’s adjusting. I’m happy to step in and help if she gets upset or cries a lot. Right now she only sleeps with me so I would also have to help with her naps too, I mostly need help during her wake windows. When I’m spending time with the baby, we’d also appreciate help with light household tasks.
