Seeking long-term, full-time, nurturing, and active nanny for a happy and active 2.5 year old. We're not looking into preschools as we want full-time care at home. Pay rate is competitive; must use payroll and includes guaranteed hours. Someone flexible to help with cooking/feeding, playing, organizing at-home activities, reading, etc. and pitching in on household tasks (household dishes when needed, tidying up play areas).

Ideal candidates must:
• Have strong communication skills
• experience with 2-4 year olds
• Knowledgeable of any: Respectful Parenting, RIE, or Reggio/Montessori principles
• Educated in early childhood development
• Payroll position required with contract
