Our family consists of a mother, father, two daughters (19 months and 4 years old), two large dogs (Luana and Lexi), a small dog (Loki), and two cats (Haven and Owen). We’re a laid-back, simple family currently navigating the dual challenges of homeschooling our children and launching a new business venture.

We are seeking a babysitter who can engage our daughters in activities and fun games. While not a strict requirement, we would appreciate assistance with educational activities for both our 4-year-old and 19-month-old daughters. Comfort around animals is essential, as we have several pets.

We reside in a family-oriented neighborhood surrounded by like-minded, respectful families. The community is populated with medics, firefighters, and police officers, which contributes to a strong sense of safety. Dad works as a psychiatric provider, and Mom manages the family business.

Our preferred schedule is Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm, for a minimum of 4-6 hours each day. We also value flexibility for occasional evening shifts for date nights. Pay will be based on experience, skill level, and willingness to take on additional tasks beyond babysitting, such as light cleaning, meal preparation, household management, bathing, laundry, and educational activities. The hourly rate ranges from $12 to $20, depending on these factors. If things go well, we may offer more hours and request additional time if that option is available.
