We’re a laid-back family looking for a live-in, au pair–style caregiver to stay with us and help care for our 2-year-old son. Timing and schedule are flexible, and we’re happy to talk through what works best for both sides. Days are spent playing, reading, getting outside, and doing simple activities that support his development. You’ll prepare meals and snacks, follow his routine, and keep safety top of mind. He naps about 3 hours most days, which gives you some downtime. Very occasional daycare pickup in West Newton. Cash pay, details flexible.
