Hello! We’re a family seeking a dependable, intentional nanny to care for our two toddlers. While we love joyful play and laughter, we place a strong emphasis on structure, discipline, and purposeful learning. We’re looking for someone who understands that early childhood is foundational and is excited to help our children build good habits, listening skills, emotional regulation, and a love for learning—not just entertainment.

The start date is flexible. We need availability on weekday mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Ideal candidates have experience caring for multiple young children, are confident setting boundaries with warmth and consistency, and are intentional about helping children learn, retain information, and grow developmentally through structured activities, reading, conversation, and guided play. A vehicle is required for occasional outings or activities.

Responsibilities include supervising both free and structured play, preparing light meals, reinforcing routines, encouraging early learning, and maintaining a safe, calm environment. English proficiency is required, and we welcome bilingual candidates who are interested in exposing the children to another language.
