We are searching for a kind and dependable nanny for our happy 7-month-old daughter. We value someone who views childcare as more than just "watching" the baby—we are looking for a partner who is excited to facilitate age-appropriate play and developmental activities. We need someone who can stick to a routine but also knows how to get on the floor and play. Must have infant experience and references.

What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of infant milestones and developmental play.
- Ability to maintain nap and feeding schedules.
- CPR/First Aid certified a plus.
