About the Family: This warm, down-to-earth family is looking for a nanny to support their growing household. Primary care will be for their infant, with occasional help for their toddler, who is in school full-time. They’d love someone knowledgeable about milestones, comfortable with newborn rhythms, and able to roll with the punches. A nanny who takes initiative—finding classes, planning activities, and staying attuned to development—will thrive here.

They’re an active, screen-free family who loves to get outside daily, whether it’s strolling through their baby-and-puppy neighborhood or heading to nearby parks. They value good food, fresh air, and a calm, present approach to parenting. With both parents working from home, they’re hoping for someone who brings steadiness, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to each day.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare - primarily for infant
- Child laundry
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Tidy common areas

Compensation:
- Pay: $25-$30/hr gross (Agency Employed)
- PTO: 1 hour accrual for every 30 hours worked
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays if on a working day

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience
- Newborn experience
- Knowledgeable about milestones and infant schedules
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Vaccines Required: Cvid, Tdap, MMR and Flu
