I am in need of a reliable, consistent, and patient caregiver to my 2.5 year old twins in my home. I am a teacher who works from home and needs to be able to be undisturbed in the mornings. I am unsure at this time if I need someone M-F or M/W/F (I am waiting for my teaching schedule to be finalized). I need someone 8:30-11:30ish (the twins go down for nap about 11:30. I just need my caregiver to ensure they are asleep before they leave for the day, so I can finish my classes). There are 4 weeks in the school year where I will need someone for the afternoons as well.
The twins have been potty training this summer, but still need assistance and support in their learning. My boy twin does have a Sensory Processing Disorder and is slightly speech delayed.
My dream is to find someone who can stay with the twins this school year and next school year before they go to school in 2017.
