Hi!. We have 2 girls aged 5 1/2 and 2 1/2, and a boy on the way. My husband works in the DC area and I am presently a SAHM, but will hopefully rejoin the workforce.

We're looking for a mother's helper/nanny to assist with our newborn. The two oldest attend daycare and before/after school programming. Perhaps picking up and dropping off. Most work will be in assisting us with the baby and helping around the house.
We live in West Springfield. Mother's Helper/Nanny would not live with us. Hours would be from 7:30am until ~6:30-7pm M-F, with some options to flex depending on circumstances.

Required training includes:
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Child abuse prevention training
- Safe sleep training
- etc.

Minimum background check requirements, include:
- Fingerprint-Based FBI Criminal History Background Check
- State Criminal History Repository Check
- State Child Abuse and Neglect Repository Check
- State/National Sex Offender Registry Check
