Seeking caregiver to engage in creative play, art, and general engagement this next Monday (1/19) - Wednesday (1/21), from around 8am until 1pm. Our regular caregiver has to be out for a family death next week, so we are seeking backup coverage. My three daughters (10, 8 and 6) are home schooled on account of school challenges related to being neurodivergent. We value creativity, imaginative play, and independent, child-led activities. This role requires a caregiver who is emotionally intuitive, able to adapt quickly to evolving emotional dynamics, and able to self-regulate through kids' big emotions. Potential long-term role for the right person if it's a good fit.
