Two-mom family with two bright, engaging boys (6 and 8) seeking neurodiversity-affirming part-time nanny. The younger child is highly verbal. The older is a non-speaking AAC user. Both exhibit no violent behaviors and thrive with patient, respectful, and predictable support.

Ideally: Start by Dec. 15, 2:30 PM-6:30 PM, on M-Th. There will be some Fridays, not required (work from home Fridays.)

Must have your own car and reliably arrive no later than 10 minutes before kids get off the bus.

Responsibilities include preparing snacks, dinners, and engaging them in fun activities. You should feel comfortable managing daily routines and ensuring safety. We look forward to hearing from you!
