We’re a working family looking for a dependable, patient sitter for our 4-year-old daughter on Mondays, Tuesdays (and sometimes), Fridays. She is highly autistic, limited verbally, and has a big personality. She screams, gets upset easily, and runs around a lot. She does NOT hit, bite, or hurt people, she just expresses frustration loudly. If you’ve worked with autistic kids or strong-feeling preschoolers, you’ll understand her immediately.

Your main job is to keep her safe, follow her simple routine, and stay calm when she’s overwhelmed. Breakfast is easy, the house is fenced, and you get three free hours while she’s at school. She’s sweet, funny, and loves music, but she absolutely needs someone who won’t quit when she has a hard moment.

If you’re reliable, patient, and comfortable with a child who communicates differently and has big emotions, you will do great here. I’m always reachable by phone, the routine is clear, and we’re a stable, respectful household. I just need someone who can truly commit and handle her as she is.

We’re looking for someone ASAP, start as soon as tomorrow 12/1/2025. Hours are Monday/ Tuesday 7 AM - 6 PM, and occasionally Fridays 7 AM - 5 PM. On Mondays and Tuesdays, there is a 3 hour gap between 8 AM - 11 AM where our 4 year old is at school. Also has to be comfortable around dogs as our two dogs will be in house as well.
