This is not a casual babysitting position. The schedule follows an every other week cadence. Kid weeks afternoon coverage Monday through Friday. Afternoon hours are approximately 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Total hours during kid weeks are approximately 20-25. Non kid weeks include 5 to 8 flexible hours focused on planning, grocery ordering, laundry coordination, and household reset. Responsibilities include school transportation, breakfast help, dinner prep, homework support, laundry, grocery ordering, daily home reset, calendar awareness, and helping children stay organized across two households
