Need Babysitter for 20 hours a week for two kids

Hi there! We are looking for a reliable babysitter for our 5-year-old, who attends kindergarten in the morning, and we need someone to pick him up at noon and take care of him until I return from work. We need Monday to Tuesday, noon to 3 pm, and Wednesday to Thursday, noon to 6 pm. A 13-year-old boy has autism and attends middle school, and he needs care 5-6 pm (he arrives home at 3:10 pm and has ABA service until 5 pm). Thank you!
