Seeking a reliable, compassionate sitter for my 8-year-old daughter with autism. She is non-verbal and uses a speech device. MUST be reliable, patient, nurturing, and able to manage adverse behaviors.

Responsibilities include: assisting with getting dressed and undressed (as needed), setting up meals and snacks, engaging in educational and play-based activities, using positive behavior de-escalation strategies, and ensuring safety at all times. Occasional school pick-up may be required.

Requirements: prior autism experience, CPR certification, ability to de-escalate behaviors, reliable transportation, non-smoker, dependable, and willing to pass a background check and provide references
