Responsibilities include feeding, changing, and soothing the baby, ensuring safety at all times, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. Ideal candidates should be experienced with infants, dependable, and prepared to provide a nurturing environment. Flexibility to adjust to occasional scheduling needs is important.
