Morning Household Manager – Guaranteed Pay & Routine Support
Busy professional family (one in a sensitive role) seeks a reliable, warm-hearted helper for our 2yo, Ellie. We’re expecting baby #2 this summer and want to set up a smooth morning system now!
Schedule: M-F, 6:30am–8:00am.
The Job: Help Ellie wake up (7am), snack/meal prep, dressing, and tidying. Starts with in-home support; evolves into daycare drop-offs (5 mins away) and local errands (groceries/dry cleaning).
Compensation: Guaranteed weekly rate for stability, trued up Friday for actuals.
Requirements: Big heart, proactive, clean driving record/reliable car. We want someone to grow with our family!
